The workshop and Jacqui were absolutely fantastic! The children learnt and rehearsed new skills in the morning and used them to investigate the crime scenes in the afternoon which was perfect. I have never seen the children maintain their focus for a whole day on anything before … I was amazed and incredibly pleased! Dressing up in the suits and using the equipment was a wonderful experience (for the teachers too!!). They were learning all the time and they thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. It was brilliant to see our ‘hands on’ children excelling and taking a leadership role – it was great for their confidence and self esteem. The workshop was perfect for the CSI Waller Forensic Science Week we’re running and was a brilliant way to launch our investigation. Thankyou so much!

This was truly a fantastic day. From the moment I first spoke to Jacqui I knew I was in good hands. Everything ran like clockwork - from the booking, to her arrival and set up, through to the running of the day itself. Jacqui is a true professional with every second, every minute planned and the pace maintained. The children were enthralled from the very start. The masses of props and materials used seemed never-ending and obviously the highlight was the dressing up. Jacqui has an amazing rapport with the kids and they hung on to every word she said. The children were still talking about the event five days later...definitely the best session I've ever attended in my career as a teacher. Many, many thanks Jacqui. I'm sure we'll be seeing you next year! Lucia Wiper, Ulverston Victoria High School, Cumbria, LA20 6EZ

The children absolutely loved the day and haven't stopped talking about it since!! Here are a couple of quotes from staff... "The whole day was a very special experience - one which neither I, or the children will forget. From the in depth, well thought out experimental activities, to the jaw-dropping Crime Scene Scenario in the afternoon, the day was action packed and full of fun. This is certainly one way of 'achieving excellence through enjoyment'!!!" Mr S Ward " A fab day - loved every minute - and so did the children...would highly recommend elsewhere" Mr S McDonald And here are some of the kids... "best day ever" Oscar Hull "can't believe we actually investigated a crime scene - awesome!" Tom Wilson "I've seen stuff like it in the TV but to do it myself was ace - please come again" Kirsty Wells "My favourite bit was getting the Swabs for DNA - well cool!!!" Fionbharr Cummins - Hylton
